Samsung Galaxy Tab Banned in the United States

"Although Samsung has a right to compete, it does not have a right to compete unfairly", said the judge who failed to see the irony in his words. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now banned from the United States, thanks to Apple and it's anti-competitive business tactics. This only continues to provide evidence that the concept of "freedom" highly touted in the United States is false.

In country were corporations rule and elected officials are merely slaves to the corporate royalty, this kind of stuff is to be expected.

Last I heard; consumer confidence has been dropping like a rock these last few months. The economy is bad, businesses are still cutting jobs, unemployment is high, and people continue to loose there homes and life savings. For a country where consumerism is 70% of the economy, banning the sale of a hot product like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 isn't exactly the best way to fix such a problem: less stuff to buy = less stuff sold. Yet the United States along with it's corporate royals continue to insist that protecting intellectual property is the only way to fix the economy.

Greed is like alcohol, it impairs judgement.
